As a Healthcare Talent Consultant, you’ll develop relationships with organizations, understand their hiring needs, identify and evaluate talent, and manage the recruiting process from client development through placement.

Previous recruiting experience is not required. Goodwin provides training, technology, recruiting tools, systems, resources, and ongoing support while you build your practice.

This is a fully remote, independent contractor opportunity with commission-based compensation. It requires a full-time commitment and the financial readiness to ramp a new business.
