Electrical Service Technician — 02/01 Licensed | Proven Closer

Danika Plumbing is hiring an experienced electrical service technician who can troubleshoot electrical problems, present solutions, and confidently close work. Sales ability is a core requirement of this position.

We’re looking for someone who connects with homeowners, explains their options clearly, handles objections professionally, and asks for the sale—then delivers quality work.

Required qualifications:

- Active Washington State 02/01 residential/commercial electrician certification.
- Electrical service experience, including troubleshooting, repairs, and working directly with homeowners.
- Previous sales training and experience applying it on service calls.
- A proven ability to turn estimates and recommendations into approved work.
- Professional communication, dependable follow-through, and strong workmanship.

Ideal candidate:

An experienced 02/01 electrician with sales training, demonstrated closing results, and a General Electrical Administrator (AD01) certificate. The administrator credential is strongly preferred.

Your role:

- Diagnose electrical issues and identify appropriate repair or upgrade options.
- Present clear recommendations and pricing.
- Answer questions, address concerns, and secure customer approval.
- Complete sold work safely and professionally.
- Take ownership of your sales results and customer satisfaction.
