Integrate tax considerations within broader business and transactional structures. Work closely with other groups and clients on sophisticated matters. Requirements 4 to 7 years of experience at an Am Law 100 or Am Law 200 firm. Significant experience in corporate international tax planning. Experience with M&A transactions is a plus. Strong academic background. Excellent communication skills. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction. Skills Technical expertise in tax law.
